Pure tungsten sheets are produced by powder metallurgy, which involves pressing tungsten powder into shape and then sinterring it to obtain sinterred tungsten slabs. By rolling the sinterred tungsten slab, different thicknesses of pure tungsten plates can be obtained through processes such as hot rolling, warm rolling, and cold rolling. Purity of tungsten sheets is generally no less than 99.95%, and the density is also extremely high, reaching 19.2g/cm ³, thus having good quality and volume ratio.

High density: After rolling, pure tungsten plate has a density close to the theoretical density of tungsten, making it advantageous in many applications that require high-density materials.

High melting point: The melting point of tungsten is about 3422 ° C. Therefore, pure tungsten plates can remain stable in high temperature environments and not easily oxidized. Pure tungsten sheets are suitable for medium to long term high temperature environments, such as vacuum furnaces, electron beam melting, etc.
